L'Oltre est conçu pour les pilotes experts qui ont besoin de vitesse et de la simplicité de la route ouverte.

L’Oltre est l'entrée de gamme de la nouvelle génération de vélos 2023 de Bianchi.
L'oltre est un concentré tout d'abord sur une adaptation des longues distances et de manière plus générale,
ceux pour qui l’aérodynamique à tout prix, n’est pas une priorité ainsi qu'une polyvalence de conduites et de conforts sur tous les reliefs
En revanche celui-ci ne possède pas d'ailettes aérodynamiques ainsi que du poste de pilotage intégré mais le cadre est globalement identique.

Le vélo est vendu avec les roues Velomann carbone.
